Features and construction

Convenient and effective system designed to produce large batches of uniform tuberculosis culture medium four to six times per day.
Vessels containing culture medium are incubated on a shallow tray which is in contact with water held at a constant temperature of 85°C within a tank, so ensuring that the temperature of the vessels is constant.
Inspissation takes 50 minutes at 85°C.
Vessels containing culture medium are placed in a shallow tray which itself rests inside a tank containing water.
The whole undersurface of the tray is in contact with water at a constant temperature.
The surface of the tray is a series of sloping steps, and will hold tubes as per capacity ordered.
The tray and seamless tank are made of polished stainless steel (SS-304 grade).
Outer body made of CRC Sheet duly powder coated.
Gap between inner & outer chamber is filled with high grade resin bonded glass wool insulation for minimum thermal loss.
Automatic microprocessor chip based PID Digital Temperature controller with LED display with AUTO TIME CONTROLLED feature for cut-off once the set count down time is over or TFT Touch Screen Display Controller (as per ordered).
Buzzer for end of cycle user alert.
Temperature range from ambient +5°C to 85°C.
A constant level device is fitted to maintain the water level despite evaporation losses.
