- User’s Self-compensation function to control difference between real temperature and indicated temperature.
- Stainless steel bath for superior Durability & High Thermal efficiency.
- Flat Stainless Steel Lid with Concentric rings prevents evaporation.
- Industrial grade energy efficient heaters reduces power bills drastically.
- Double walled construction.
- Space between the walls is filled with special grade mineral wool in order to avoid thermal losses
- Drain plug is also fitted to the unit for user convenience.
- The unit can be supplied with or without stirring arrangement.
- Fitted with Microprocessor Based SEMI AUTOMATIC DIGITAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR-CUM-CONTROLLER with an in-built DIGITAL TIMER to control the temperature. Once the unit is switched “ON” heating starts automatically and once the set/desired value is achieved the in-built AUTOMATIC DIGITAL MINUTE TIMER starts automatically. Once this set time period is over the heaters are switched “OFF” automatically and the unit sounds a BUZZER, thus alerting the user that process is complete.
- The stirring arrangement consists of a FHP motor with SS stirring shaft.
- MOC (Inner) : Inner bath chamber and lid made of Stainless Steel (SS-304 grade).
- MOC (Outer) : Outer chamber is made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated.
- Concentric rings can be removed to accommodate containers of various sizes.
- To work on 220/230 AC supply.
Option
- Circulating arrangement with FHP motor to cost extra.
- Microprocessor Based Digital LCD Display, in lieu of standard controller to cost extra.
